Our COVID-19 response: We are requiring guests all be from the same household. No cash payments. Heavy disinfecting of common areas and individual rooms. “Pick a room” only one group can be present at a time for a booking whereas before multiple groups could be present in different rooms at the same time. All bookings are private experiences. We used to give the ability for multiple groups to be in one booking at a time.
