What do Megan Thee Stallion, Ali Wong, Matt Tompkins, and Dr. Anthony Fauci have in common? They all made the 2020 TIME100 – “TIME’s” annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world.
The issue, which drops on Friday, features eight different covers worldwide. Megan is on one of them, as is Dr. Fauci. The other six feature The Weeknd, Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade, Black Lives Matter founders Patrisse Cullors, Alicia Garza, and Opal Tometi; Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai, COVID-19 frontline nurse Amy O’Sullivan, and the Taiwan’s President Tsai Ing-wen.
The “TIME100” also includes guest contributors writing about the list members. For instance, Taraji P. Henson did the write-up on Megan, while Leonardo DiCaprio shared his thoughts on environmental activist Nemonte Nenquimo. Other contributors include Denzel Washington, Cyndi Lauper, Lena Waithe, and Kim Kardashian. They wrote about Michael B. Jordan, Billy Porter, Michaela Coel, and JoJo Siwa, respectively.
